Our shipping policy for Maison Chai is as follows:

- We offer flat rate shipping for all orders within Kenya
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed
- We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee
- International shipping is available, with shipping costs calculated at checkout
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery once the package has been shipped
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs
- If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issu. We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all of our customers.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy at our tea business is as follows:

- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
- If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used tea products due to health and safety reasons.
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
